CPD Application
Application for approval of Continuing Professional Development Courses.
Providers are welcome to apply for FSSoc approval and CPD points.
Successful providers can advertise their courses as FSSoc approved and use the FSSoc logo for which a fee will be payable.
Courses approved by the FSSoc will retain approval for a period of one year after which time re-approval will be required
Please complete one form for each course.
Send the completed form with any necessary additional documentation and the appropriate fee of £340(this includes a non refundable administrative charge of £35) to:
