Related Forms
In addition to the application form, we recommend you also complete and return a direct debit form, to ensure that future payment of FSSoc fees is quick and easy for you and also a gift aid form, that enables us, as a charity, to reclaim basic rate tax already paid on the donation from HM Revenue & Customs. The gift aid form does not affect your fees at all, and benefits the FSSoc and in turn, the FSSoc members. More information on the purpose of these forms can be consulted here.
